Master data

The software manages master data for customers, users, and served arenas.
Users are divided into different categories, and each category has different permissions.
Permissions and user groups can be managed by the customer through the administration panel.

Information flow

The software tracks the product lifecycle from shipment to installation.
When the product is generated, a dedicated page for the individual batch is published containing the information entered by the customer.
A QR code is also generated in various raster and vector formats, linking to the batch page.
Following the shipment of the batch, there are various stages involving different figures who must integrate information regarding the batch, also by inserting multimedia elements that are saved within the software.
During the various progress stages, the relevant figures are constantly notified via email.

Certificate issuance

At the end of the product installation process, if all entered information is correct, the software generates a PDF certificate downloadable by the end customer.
